Triggered-base campaigns

These are the campaigns that can be assigned individually from third-party tools like Shopify Flows, Klaviyo, APIs, or any other tool. These campaigns have the potential to fully customize the customer experience and create a special wallet pass based on customer actions.

Schedule

These are campaigns that have a specific date for sending. The customer receives a push notification with the campaign content and can view this content on the back of the wallet pass.

Dynamic Links

This is the only campaign type that doesn't send notifications when executed because it focuses on personalizing the back side of the wallet pass for each user.

Anonymous coupons

This campaign is ideal for D2C businesses but can also be applied in other contexts. You can distribute coupons created in our coupon section through wallet coupons. These can be installed for customers who are not yet part of your loyalty program, as they do not require any customer information for installation.
