API

API

From Jericommerce, we support businesses that already have a loyalty program to provide their customers with a great loyalty system.
It is for this reason that we have an additional integration with our API. With this integration, you will be able to add your current loyalty and CRM information to our servers and then use our wallet pass technology to enhance your customer journey.

Our API has three main features: Customers, Loyalty, and Events. These features will enable you to send and distribute wallet passes to your customers, opening a new way to communicate your brand.
Let revise one by one this features in order to undestand better how integrate your system with our API.

Customers

The entity that represents the basic information of your customers, such as their name or phone number, is called a user.
This is the fundamental information required to add other features, such as loyalty programs. Without customer information, you cannot add loyalty information.

Loyalty

Is the information related to the status of the customer on your loyalty program, including the balance or the tier of the customer.

Events

All the events that Jericommerce registers from your customer interactions are sent through the webhook that you should configure when enabling the API integration.
We will send the customer events, such as wallet pass installed and uninstalled, customer creation, wallet clicks, visits, and much more

Other endpoints

As part of this main endpoint, there are other endpoints that could be very useful to integrate with your email campaign system or SMS provider, such as one-time use download wallet pass links or sending push notifications from third-party systems.
