One of the most important aspects of Klaviyo is having a clear and well-structured segmentation, which helps engage customers at the precise moment of their shopping journey.
To this end, we introduce the segmentation sync with Klaviyo, ensuring that the segmentation is maintained only in the right tool and can be pushed to other tools as needed.
To enable the segmentation sync, simply go to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo, activate the segments feature, and click save.
This will start the initial sync process for your segment lists, preparing them for scheduled campaigns. This synchronization occurs every hour.
When you use segments for a campaign, we retrieve the profiles related to the selected segments just two hours before the scheduled campaign time.
This is because the volume of the segment may require significant time to retrieve all the profiles.
Some profiles added to a specific segment shortly before the campaign is scheduled may not be included in the campaign because the segmentation is set up two hours in advance.
