Emails customization

You can use the pre-built templates from Jericommerce or handle it with your preferred platform

From Jericommerce, we offer a ready-to-use platform to create a Wallet Pass for your customers, fully integrated into your workflow. This simplifies the process of adding customers to your loyalty program without overcomplexing the experience.

We have two core emails in the process: the confirmation email, after create a new account on the webapp and the download Wallet Pass email. Both emails are customizable with your logo, from "Design > Emails" within the Jericommerce platform.

Custom Emails

Some brands want to maintain their identity at all levels. However, the email templates may not be customizable enough for their needs.

Therefore, we provide the option to deactivate these automatic emails, allowing customers to manage these communications themselves. You can find these preferences in the Jericommerce admin area, under "Settings > Customer Flows > Emails."

Card to handle emails on Settings > Customer Flows

Before deactivating the default emails, let's review what you should handle yourself to avoid disrupting the flow.

Download Wallet Pass

This is a critical step on the platform. The email contains a one-time link that allows customers to download a wallet pass at any time.

This email is not sent only to new customers who create an account from the web app, as the web app already enables customers to install the wallet pass during the registration process without confirming their email.

All other possible flows to install a wallet pass require this email, which is why it is crucial that you handle this process correctly.

The first step is to subscribe to the  Wallet pass requested  event on your email platform or API integration.

After receiving this event, you should send an email to the customer with a one-time use link to download their wallet pass. The link will come as a property inside the event, but only if you have disabled the automatic email from JeriCommerce; otherwise, it will not be included on the event.

This one-time link will could be provided too from the Feature Sync download Pass, for Klaviyo or Shopify integrations or get it with an API call to our servers.
You can refer to this guide to better understand how it works.

Confirmation Email

This is the email that the platform send automatically after a customer create an account from the jericommerce platform, throw the web app (jeri.link/{program-name}/register)

If you want to handle this email for yourself you could do it from your user platform directly, after a new customer is created, or subscribe it to our event Customer created and then send a confirmation email from there.
