On Jericommerce, we aim to provide a more efficient way for you to communicate with your customers, seamlessly integrated within your branded wallet.
You can send push notifications to your customers one by one through our API, using platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify Flows. However, there is a much simpler way to send messages to the users you want through our admin page.
Go to the Customers tab and select the customer you want to message.
Click on the "Send push notification" link, below the push notification sent.
Add a Title and Content for Push Notification
The push notification should include a title and content. Additionally, you could add a link that behaves differently on Android and iOS. On Android, clicking the push notification will open the link. On iOS, the link will be on the back of the wallet pass. The customer can view the wallet pass details and then click the link to open the website. This approach may be less useful.
Click the "Send push" button. That's all.
