Show rewards in the wallet pass

One of the best engagement features for a loyalty program is a rewards-based strategy, and LoyaltyLion has a built-in system for that.

To help your customers engage with the rewards and stay informed, integrate them directly into the Wallet Pass. This approach makes it easy to view and, most importantly, simple to redeem.

How activate

1. First of all need to active the LoyaltyLion feature inside the Settings > Integrations > LoyaltyLion and there active the Rewards Feature and click save. If you don't have the integration active yet, follow this guide.
   ‍
2. To make it easy for your customers to access their rewards, we should add a direct link on the wallet pass.
   Go to Design > Wallet and add a new link in the Links section.
   There, you can add a title for this new link and a text that explains to the customer where they can find their wallets.
   On the URL field use our variables for the link and select the Rewards Link variable.
   Finally, click the save button.

That's it!

Now, all customers in your program with the wallet pass installed can click on this link to view their available rewards.

They can also claim these rewards and apply them directly in your online store or save them as coupons in their wallets, ready to be scanned at your physical store.

To encourage your customers to use rewards more frequently, consider using our ready-to-use Shopify flow to send push notifications whenever a new reward becomes available.
