Coupons: How Auto generate Works

Understand how to auto-import unique codes to ensure you always have them for your campaigns

auto-import section

The auto generate feature is available only for specific types of imports. You will always see the option on the coupon or discount modal.

This feature ensures that you never run out of unique codes for your campaigns. It will automatically recharge the same amount of unique codes that you define when you create the discount. The recharge always starts after 75% of the unique codes from the import are claimed..

The recharge always occurs in the background on our servers and may take varying amounts of time depending on the source of the discount. Therefore, be careful when creating the discount to choose a sufficient amount of unique codes that should be generated each time to meet the total target of the campaign you want to design.

For example, if you want to assign a unique code each time a customer installs a wallet pass, a total of 100 unique codes per batch may be sufficient, as this process does not occur massively at the same time.

However, if you plan to run a large campaign that will happen quickly, it's better to have a larger batch. This way, you'll have enough time to recharge the coupons with unique codes between campaigns.

The automatic generation of unique codes will continue indefinitely until you decide to stop it.. You can do this by removing the last import using the "Remove unclaimed" button. If you remove the last import, the coupon will understand that you no longer want to recharge.
