Do I need a developer to install the Loyalty Hub?
No. The Storefront Hub is an app block you add to a page in Shopify's theme editor. The Customer Account Hub is added to the customer account menu from Content > Menus. Neither needs code.
Will it match my existing Shopify theme?
Yes. Start from one of nine styles, then set your accent, background, card and text colors and use your store fonts. Custom CSS with public tokens covers the rest.
Can guests see the program before signing up?
Yes. The Storefront Hub shows your program story and earning actions to non-members so they know what they'd get by joining. Members on the same URL see their live balance instead.
Is the Loyalty Hub available on every plan?
Yes. It's a core feature, not locked behind a higher plan or an upsell. Every JeriCommerce merchant gets both hub surfaces from day one.
Do I still need points on product, cart, and checkout pages?
