To send a unique code to a specific customer, you should first create the triggered campaign that you want to assign to that customer.
In the URL field, you will find the coupon option in the variable menu. If you select the coupon option, a search modal will appear, allowing you to search for a coupon you previously created.
After select the coupon you will see how the coupon is add it on the field as a variable.
Now, when you assign this triggered campaign to a customer through the API, Shopify Flows, Klaviyo, or any other third-party tool, one of the unique codes available on the coupon will be assigned to the customer.
This will convert the campaign URL into a link to our web app, where the customer can view their unique code and use it in your shop.
This page in our web app has three main functionalities:
A. The customer can copy the code with just one click.
B. The customer can directly apply the coupon in their Shopify store. If you have activated the multipass feature, the unique code will be applied to an authenticated user.
C. To make this discount more accessible, the customer can easily add this coupon to their wallet by clicking one of the wallet icons, either Apple or Android.
